CONCLUSIONS AND CLINICAL RELEVANCE: Changes in lesional cutaneous and rectal microbiota occur in German shepherd dogs with perianal fistulas and shift over time with lesion resolution during immunomodulatory therapy. Early proactive monitoring of DNA-thioguanine in patients with Crohn's disease predicts thiopurine-induced late leucopenia in NUDT15/TPMT normal metabolizers

Exploring the Link Between Ankylosing Spondylitis and Inflammatory Bowel Disease: A Retrospective Cohort Study
