SCORE OMS Curriculum
Wondering if anyone has experience with using the SCORE curriculum for OMS and if they'd recommend it. It's pretty expensive and my program won't pay for it, so wanna see if anyone out there recommends it. Do they have a question bank or flashcards? (Source: Student Doctor Network)

Remove label before recycling.
Hey, Amazon. You deliver cool things to my doorstep. A lot of things that I need for work. Things like socks, shoes, caffeine, headlamps, whatever. You say that you're an environmentally conscientious company. That's cool. I'm an environmentally hyperaware person. I grew up watching Captain Planet cartoons and stuff, too. At the very least, I don't want any more waste polluting my mountain bike trails, waterways, etc. Cool, bro. It's almost like you have a conscience. We can talk about... Should I change my diet to improve focus and intelligence in school and on mcat?
I eat a lot of junk food and fast food, but my goals are more extreme, like completely eradicating artificial sugar and fast food, rather than eating it occasionally or in moderation. I'm wondering if anyone has tried something like this to retain information, because I watched an educational video all the way back in middle school which I still remember saying not to eat too much sugar or caffeine before an exam. Gamsat advice: How to best prepare (very long post)
In conclusion (feel like I'm wrapping up a GAMSAT essay here haha), don't give up. Just because you think you may not be good enough for this exam does not mean you aren't. Work hard and at the end of the day, the best you can do is try. Simply the fact that you're sitting the exam and putting yourself through the stress and pressure already shows that you have one of the traits of a worthy doctor. Good luck :) (Source: The Student Room)

COCA complaint
Hey guys, So my school is in its accreditation year. I wanted to know if contacting COCA about a issue that came up can affect our accreditation. They recently just made some pretty big changes to our syllabus/ grading/ test schedule that puts all of us in a bad position. They moved our final up by 3 weeks and divided it into two parts. The final is now in a week with 2 other practicals, a mock comlex and a bunch of other things. They informed us Friday at 5:30 so that no one could say... Weird case
Did an L5-S1 interlam on a seemingly normal 31 year old guy with a central disc at the same level. Calls almost a week later with complaints of severe positional headache not relieved by fluids, caffeine, Tylenol or Advil. Saw him yesterday, says headaches are intermittent but severe and only relieved by ice and laying down. Here are the pics. Doesn’t look like a wet tap at all, but can’t deny the complaints of spinal headache. To blood patch or not to blood patch. Explained to him in... Weird case (Source: Student Doctor Network)

I have heard several schools are giving their graduating students several hundred dollars in tuition reimbursement or graduation fund reimbursement!?!?! Any other 4th years getting some sort of gift or financial compensation? If so, please list: gift and school.
