Two Kansas City lawyers won a $10.25 million wrongful death lawsuit on behalf of a Kearney couple whose son died at a California drug and alcohol detox center. Attorneys David Skeens of Walters Bender Strohbehn & Vaughan PC and Shawn Foster of Davis Bethune & Jones LLC represented the couple.
