He said he was in a hurry and wanted his prescription. As I wrote the prescription for methadone, a little voice in my head told me that this encounter was not the way medicine should be practiced. I wanted him to prove to me he needed this strong narcotic. Was he following the lifestyle chan...

Pliability, elasticity of skin increase following wrinkle treatment with Botox
Human skin has three biomechanical features: strength, pliability (the ability to stretch) and elasticity (the ability to recoil). As people age, these properties change and the loss of skin elasticity appears to be the most prominent. Now researchers report that skin pliability and elasticity improved after treatment with onabotulinum toxin (Botox) for mild facial wrinkles, and the effect lasted for up to four months. Injection To Melt Double-Chin Fat Approved By FDA
NEW YORK (AP) — The Food and Drug Administration said Wednesday it approved an injection designed to melt away double-chin fat. The agency approved a drug called Kybella for adults with moderate or severe fat below the chin, or submental fat. It's the first approved drug for Kythera Biopharmaceuticals.
