Leading for all: supporting trans and non-binary healthcare staff
This report, developed in partnership with the LGBT Foundation, includes new data from a survey and interviews with trans and non-binary people in the NHS. It finds that 55 per cent experienced transphobia in the workplace and 47 per cent experienced negative or stereotypical assumptions about their gender identity. Kidney disease: a UK public health emergency - the health economics of kidney disease to 2033
This report looks at the growing costs of kidney disease, both in treating patients and in money lost to the economy by people being left unable to work due to time-consuming and gruelling treatment. It finds that kidney disease is costing the UK economy £7 billion a year, costs which could rise to £13.9 billion in just ten years. HIV action plan: annual update to Parliament
Department of Health and Social Care -In January 2019, the government committed to an ambition to end new HIV transmissions, AIDS diagnoses and HIV-related deaths within England by 2030. TheHIV action plan, published in December 2021, set out how government aims to achieve an 80 per cent reduction in new HIV infections in England by 2025. People's experience with thyroid disease: survey results
