Their latest tool, Find a Partner, is a curated online database of multi-sector partnerships dedicated to improving community health by helping funders, national partners and communities connect. Staying Healthy curricula
Staying Healthy, an award-winning curriculum that is used throughout the United States. It is written at a 4th-5th grade reading level and is suitable for low intermediate level ESOL learners and above. The newly-released Staying Healthy for Beginners is written at a lower reading level, making it more accessible to learners at the high beginning level. Every Dose Every Day is a CDC initiative to support HIV treatment adherence. The Every Dose Every Day mobile application that is part of a toolkit developed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in 2011 to support HIV medication adherence.
