BMI1 promotes cholangiocarcinoma progression and correlates with antitumor immunity in an exosome-dependent manner
CONCLUSIONS: BMI1 is an unfavorable prognostic biomarker of CCA. Our data depict a novel function of BMI1 in CCA tumorigenesis and metastasis mediated by exosomes. Bile and excipient interactions directing drug pharmacokinetics in rats
This study corroborates these in vitro findings in rats. Eudragit E significantly reduced systemic availability of Perphenazine but not Metoprolol compared to the oral administrations without polymer. This study confirms the necessity to carefully select polymers for bile interacting drugs whereas non-bile interacting drugs are more robust in terms of excipient choice for formulation. This article presents a technique for the classification and identification of liver cancers that is based on image processing and machine learning. The approach may be found here. During the preprocessing stage of picture creation, the fuzzy histogram equalization method is applied in order to bring about a reduction in image noise. After that, the photographs are divided into many parts in order to zero down on the area of interest. FXR deficiency in hepatocytes disrupts the bile acid homeostasis and inhibits autophagy to promote liver injury in < i > Schistosoma japonicum < /i > -infected mice
Conclusions/SignificanceAll these findings suggest that FXR deficiency in hepatocytes disrupts bile acid homeostasis and inhibits autophagy, which may aggravate the damages of hepatocytes caused byS.japonicum infection.
