Glasgow Coma Scale for Field Triage of Trauma: A Systematic Review

The Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS)11,12 is an instrument widely used to assess consciousness at the site of injury, in emergency departments, and in hospitals, and to monitor progress or deterioration during treatment.
