Hello all, I am currently involved with the recent Afghan refugee influx as a contractor helping to coordinate an emergency medical field hospital that has been set up for many afghans who are either in need some form of medical attention or are covid patients (or both) at a hotel. There are many physicians and nurses who I am working with to ensure everything runs smoothly for the patients here and I personally believe this is a truly great form of clinical experience that has been very... Overseas Contractor Pharmacist Job
Kind of tested the waters and heard back from a company that wants to deploy me to the middle east (Afghanistan or Iraq) not yet determined. The process itself I guess takes for clearance about 4-6 months. I am wondering if you have personal experience or know someone who has firsthand experience of what it’s like working as contracting civilian pharmacist abroad? is it really worth the safety issues ? I’d like hear from you... Thanks! (Source: Student Doctor Network)

My family is originally from Afghanistan but before I was born in the mid 90's they left for Pakistan as refugees and applied for asylum status to the United States where we've lived since I was about 6 months old. However I've lived a middle class life for as long as I can remember and am considered Caucasian so I'm technically an... Disadvantaged status? (Source: Student Doctor Network)
