Monitoring adrenal insufficiency through salivary steroids: a pilot study
CONCLUSIONS: None of the GRTs mimics normal glucocorticoid rhythmicity and exposure. SalE, SalF and Z-score may be useful markers for monitoring and comparing different GRTs. Excess glucocorticoid in early afternoon best associated with depressive symptoms and worse life and sleep quality.PMID:38571387 | DOI:10.1093/ejendo/lvae037 (Source: European Journal of Endocrinology)

IJERPH, Vol. 21, Pages 443: User Manual for Coping Strategies Inventory Short Form (CSI-SF) & mdash; The Jackson Heart Study
In this study, the CSI-SF was assessed to be a reliable and valid instrument for measuring coping strategies. The CSI-SF serves the purpose of developing an inner voice that can assist with understanding how people cope with everyday life. The information gathered from the administration of the CSI-SF can inform investigators about environmental cues and triggers that can also impact individual health.
