< em > Plasmodium falciparum < /em > Allelic Diversity: A Comparison of DNA Extraction from Isolates Collected on Rapid Diagnostic Tests (Rdts) and Filter Paper

CONCLUSION: These data show that RDTs are a valuable source of DNA for malaria parasite genetic polymorphism analysis.
