CONCLUSIONS: Cur can effectively decrease the pathological results of OA, with a remarkable safety profile; its mechanism may be the activation of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway to inhibit the inflammatory reaction and apoptosis in chondrocytes.PMID:35452417
