Ovarian and paraovarian adrenal rest tumors are not uncommon in gonadectomy materials of historical congenital adrenal hyperplasia cases in childhood

CONCLUSIONS: Ovarian and paraovarian ARTs might be more common than previously described, especially among patients with excessive and prolonged ACTH exposure.
