DAZAP1 overexpression promotes growth of HCC cell lines: a primary study using CEUS
ConclusionsDAZAP1 is highly expressed in hepatic carcinoma and related to the blood flow, and high DAZAP1 expression predicts poor prognosis. DAZAP1 may promote liver carcinoma cell proliferation, migration, and invasion of HEPG2 cells. CEUS parameters are related to the high DAZAP1 expression, and will help to differentiate the HCC tumor.
