Mp74-19 a prospective study of natural pregnancy rates in cleared male factor couples
Spontaneous pregnancy rates following classic male factor infertility treatments, including varicocelectomy and vasectomy reversal, are well described. Pregnancy rates in cases of unexplained infertility are also known. However, pregnancy rates have not yet been reported in couples following formal “clearing” of male factor infertility with or without lifestyle advice. We prospectively examined pregnancy rates 1 year after male factor infertility evaluation and clearance to better understand the effectiveness of this clinical care pathway.
