Outcomes of endoscopic endonasal resection of pediatric craniopharyngiomas

Conclusion: Endoscopic endonasal resection for pediatric craniopharyngiomas can achieve high rates of resection with low rates of disease recurrence when compared to the outcomes of open transcranial resection reported in the literature.
