First episode of uncomplicated diverticulitis does not increase the risk of colorectal cancer
CONCLUSIONS: This study showed a low risk of CRC after a case of acute diverticulitis and no cases of CRC in patients with uncomplicated diverticulitis without clinical symptoms of CRC.
