Avocado Eating Linked To 16%To 22% Lower Risk Of Heart Disease
The study published in the Journal of the American Heart Association (JAHA) found that people who had eaten at least two servings of avocados per week had a 16% lower likelihood of developing cardiovascular disease and a 21% lower likelihood of developing coronary heart disease.
