‘Cortical Hand’ in the Emergency Department: Two Case Reports
Cortical hand strokes affect the ‘hand knob’ of the motor cortex, resulting in isolated distal upper limb or hand weakness. They are rare and can be easily misdiagnosed for peripheral lesions.
