Convicted nurse surrenders license

A year after her conviction for oxycodone distribution and conspiracy, a Jamestown registered nurse has surrendered her license to practice. Samilyn Olson was a registered professional nurse working who previously worked at the Veterans Affairs outpatient clinic in Jamestown. Last May, she was sentenced to one year home detention and three years of supervised release in Buffalo federal court after her convictions on conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and distribution of oxycodone.…
