The tyrosine kinase inhibitor Bosutinib does not inhibit angiotensin II-induced abdominal aortic aneurysm: Validation of the importance of PDGFR and c-Kit tyrosine kinases by Imatinib

We have previously published in Atherosclerosis [1] that the tyrosine kinase inhibitor Imatinib, at a dose of 10 mg/kg, attenuates growth and inflammation of angiotensin II-induced abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) in mice.
