Metformin action over gut microbiota is related to weight and glycemic control in gestational diabetes mellitus: A randomized trial
CONCLUSION: Metformin in GDM affects the composition and metabolic profile of gut microbiota. These changes could mediate, at least in part, its clinical effects.
