Work productivity and activity impairment in patients with primary Sj ögren's syndrome

CONCLUSIONS: We found a compromise in all WPAI domains. Arthritis, xerostomia and depression were associated significantly and independently with ADL impairment. Deterioration in ADL was greater in patients treated in public centres. Considering these aspects will allow a better understanding of patients who suffer from this disease.PMID:34796845
