Evaluation of Safety of Overhead Upper Extremity Positioning During Fenestrated –Branched Endovascular Repair of Thoracoabdominal Aortic Aneurysms
ConclusionOverhead upper extremity position allows optimal imaging on lateral projections and rotational CBCT during FB-EVAR. There were no upper extremity neurological injuries in this study.
