This study enrolled 50 COPD patients with symptoms of stress, depression and anxiety, randomly assigned to one of two groups. Conclusion: Successful completion of MBCT was low. In those who did complete, a reduction in stress, anxiety and depression was seen, with improvement in asthma control.
