CMS: Medicaid Program; Delay of Effective Date for Provision Relating to Manufacturer Reporting of Multiple Best Prices Connected to a Value Based Purchasing Arrangement; Delay of Inclusion of Territories in Definition of States and United States

Notice of final rule from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services that will delay the effective date for amendatory instruction 10.a. of theDecember 31, 2020, final rule, which addresses manufacturers' reporting of multiple best prices connected to a value-based purchasing arrangement, to July 1, 2022. This final rule also delays the inclusion of U.S. Territories in the definition of "States" and "United States" that was originally announced in the Medicaid Covered Outpatient Drug final rule until January 1, 2023. These regulations are effective December 20, 2021.
