Uterine florid cystic endosalpingiosis with conservative surgery

A 44 years old nulligravid woman presented with chronic pelvic pain, of low to moderate intensity and 6 month duration. Her past medical history included obesity with BMI of 30 kg/m2, hypothyroidism and celiac disease. Her past surgical history was a laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy and a hysteroscopy for endometrial thickness and bleeding. After a transvaginal ultrasound, a pelvic MRI was performed showing multiple different size cysts of the serosa of the uterus. (Figure 1).
