Patient-Centered Outcomes Associated with Leak after Sleeve Gastrectomy

Sleeve gastrectomy is the most frequently performed bariatric operation in the United States. It is typically well tolerated by patients and yields good results; however, leak after sleeve gastrectomy can be extremely detrimental to a patient ’s health, and their impact on quality of life is unknown.
