The Impact of COVID-19 Stay-at-Home Mandates on Trauma Presentation

In response to the emerging COVID-19 pandemic, stay-at-home mandates (SAHM) were implemented, affecting many American lives. Trauma centers nationwide saw decreases in volume, but noted changes in injury patterns. We aimed to examine the effect of regional SAHM at our Level 1 trauma center (L1TC).
