Feasibility of Laparoscopic Transabdominal Preperitoneal Hernioplasty for Incarcerated Inguinal Hernia

CONCLUSION: In patients with chronic IncIH, TAPP hernioplasty was used to successfully resolve adhesion between the incarcerated organ and the hernial sac, avoiding organ resection by enabling intra-abdominal reduction in many patients.
