Pocket-creation method for colorectal endoscopic submucosal dissection

We read with interest the article by Pei et  al.1 The authors compared the pocket-creation method (PCM) and the conventional method (CM) of endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) for colorectal neoplasms and concluded that PCM-ESD improves the efficacy and safety compared with CM-ESD. We believe that some issues deserve attention.
