ConclusionIn eyes with a Boston KPro, wide-angle viewing systems helped handling peripheral retinal problems successfully during PPV, with no observed inadequacy of imaging. Despite anatomical success in most cases, visual prognosis depends on vitality of the macula and the optic disc.
