Comment on `The value of interdisciplinary treatment for sickness absence in chronic pain: A nationwide register ‐based cohort study`

AbstractLoMartire et al. (2021) investigate the impact of interdisciplinary treatment (IDR) on sickness absence, by analyzing extensive information from a nationwide pain register, linked to the sickness leave ’ nationwide database. However, their ambition to find a control group to ensure sound conclusions is a major problem.
