UTSA gets nearly $13M for brain cancer research
The National Institutes of Health has awarded $12.5 million to researchers at the University of Texas at San Antonio to advance new methods for studying genetic brain disorders.
UTSA will assist in the five-year study into the treatment of multiple neurological diseases, including epilepsy and Alzheimer’s.
