Conclusions/SignificanceOur findings underscore the linkages between social (exposure and vulnerability) and environmental (hazard) processes in the acquisition and accumulation ofS.haematobium infection. This approach highlights the importance of implementing both social and environmental interventions to complement mass drug administration.
