Study of Effects of Soaking Oro-Pharyngeal Pack with Triamcinolone Acetonide in Or-Base Form on Postoperative Throat Discomfort in Patients Undergoing Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgeries
ConclusionThe use of oral packs with triamcinolone acetonide showed lower proportion of patients who developed dysphagia and hoarseness of voice in patients group compared to control group, while no one of the studied patients showed postoperative nausea and vomiting as complication of use of oral packs.
