Novel ADNP syndrome mice reveal dramatic sex-specific peripheral gene expression with brain synaptic and Tau pathologies

Activity-dependent neuroprotective protein (ADNP) is essential for embryonic development. As such, de novo ADNP mutations lead to an intractable autism/intellectual disability syndrome requiring investigation.
