Atypical Lobular Hyperplasia and Classic Lobular Carcinoma In Situ Can Be Safely Managed Without Surgical Excision

CONCLUSION: Non-surgical management of pure LN is safe, and the likelihood of requiring subsequent surgical excision or repeat CNB during follow-up is low.
