Comparison of Physiological Responses and Muscle Activity During Incremental and Decremental Cycling Exercise

CONCLUSIONS: A DEC exercise test produces higher V˙O2max in cycling compared with an INC test, which was accompanied by higher pulmonary ventilation and similar EMG activity.
