Does ComPsych Communication Skills Training Alter Trainee Self-Efficacy?
CONCLUSIONS: Following ComPsych training, trainees were more confident discussing information about schizophrenia with patients and their families/carers and were more able to critically evaluate their own communication skills: an important feature of good clinical acumen.
