Is small-airway dysfunction an abnormal phenomenon for patients with normal FEV < sub > 1 < /sub > and FEV < sub > 1 < /sub > /FVC?

CONCLUSION: Patients with pulmonary nodules and SAD were more likely to have abnormal inflammation and emphysematous destruction than patients without SAD.
