Getting to grips with the PCN dashboard

The primary care network (PCN) dashboard was introduced as a way of monitoring how PCNs are performing against the PCN directed enhanced service (DES) specifications, the impact and investment fund (IIF) indicators and a range of other metrics. Using the dashboard will help PCNs to understand their performance and it ’s financial impact.
