Resting-State Correlations of Fatigue Following Military Deployment

CONCLUSIONS: This exploratory study suggests that mental fatigue in military servicemembers with a history of deployment with at least one mTBI may be related to increased striatal-prefrontal functional connectivity, independent of depression.
