Intracranial Rosai-Dorfman disease mimicking isolated meningioma: a case report and review of the literature

Here, we present a case of a 57-year-old man with giddiness and unstable gait, as well as blurred vision in the left eye for four months. Radiologically the diagnosis before surgery was meningioma.
