Phase II Trial of Symptom Screening With Targeted Early Palliative Care for Patients With Advanced Cancer

CONCLUSIONS: STEP is feasible in ambulatory patients with advanced cancer and distinguishes between patients who remain stable without EPC and those who benefit from targeted EPC.
