Reduced Exercise Capacity in Adults Born Very Low Birth Weight: A Population-Based Cohort Study
CONCLUSIONS: Exercise capacity was significantly reduced in VLBW adults, which we speculate is from combined effects of impaired lung function, altered heart structure/function and reduced physical activity.
