Perinatal outcome after selective termination in dichorionic twins discordant for congenital anomalies

ConclusionsSelective termination in dichorionic twin pregnancies with discordant fetal anomaly is associated with low pregnancy loss and preterm delivery rate, primarily when performed before 18  weeks. When legally possible, late procedures can be a good alternative, particularly in those cases diagnosed beyond the 18th week of gestation.
