Infectious Complication in Relation to the Prophylactic Mesh Position: The PRIMA Trial Revisited

We read the article by Van den Dop and colleagues1 with great interest, and appreciate the authors highlighting one of the most important deterrents to prophylactic mesh reinforcement in high-risk patients in routine practice. We came across some observations that might be of interest to the readers.
