The association between nonrestorative sleep and health-related quality of life in Chinese adults: a cross-sectional study
ConclusionNonrestorative sleep is a potentially modifiable risk factor for poor HRQL. Thus, interventions to relieve or decrease nonrestorative sleep could be beneficial for improving HRQL.
