The role of leukocytes in predicting whether laparotomy is required in patients with penetrating abdominal stab wound

This study aimed to determine the importance of leukocytes, leukocyte subgroups, platelets, neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio, and platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio in deciding whether laparotomy is required during observation in patients with penetrating abdominal stab wounds who were followed up because there was no indication for an emergency laparotomy.
